The following statuses are used for an order to Process :

Order placed – Order placed successfully but the Payment is still awaiting.

Order confirmed – Confirmation for your order is received & the order is accepted, but the order is awaiting fulfillment.

Payment confirmed - Confirmation of payment received.

Order packed - Your order is now packed and good to go.

Moved to store - Your order is now being shipped to your nearest store.

Arrived at the store - Your order has now arrived at your nearest store and awaiting delivery.

Out for delivery - Your order is now out for delivery and will reach you within the given ETA.

Delivered - Your order has now been successfully delivered to you.

The Security Code or the Card Verification Number (CVV) is an important security feature established by credit card companies in order to reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number doesnt appear on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.CVV Numbers for different cards are placed in different locations on your card: If you have a Visa/Mastercard/Diners/Discover card: Your CVV is a 3-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field. If you have an American Express card: Your CVV is a 4-digit number on the front of the card on the right hand side above the card number. SBI Maestro card does not have CVV and expiry date

Store payment mode comes with two choices, one is full payment and the other is partial payment

Full payment - You must pay the full amount on or before 48 hours after ordering a product at the selected store to confirm your order

Partial payment - With the partial payment option, the payment should not be below 50% of the total amount of the product; the rest of the amount should be paid in full when the order is in the packed stage or before the shipping stage.

Yes. Hokybo offers product replacements or exchanges instead of refunds. When you're exchanging a product the purchase amount will get credited into your Hokybo wallet, which you can then use to continue shopping.

You can sell the product even after the Buyback period ends. However, we will not be able to provide a price guarantee for the same, resale value will depend on the condition and other factors solely decided by the company at that point in time.

The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) services, respectively.The 3D secure password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases. On a 3D secure page, you may also choose to receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and use it for that transaction.

Order Cancellation and Modification is allowed As per our Terms and Condition. Within 24 hours after order confirmation, the cancellation will be free, only the payment gateway charges apply if any. If your Order shows packing at the warehouse the cancellation charges will be 5% of the total amount. If your Order shows Moved to store, the cancellation charges will be 15% of the total amount. If your order is at the store, the cancellation charges will be 20% of the total amount.

This policy is applicable to products that display the Buyback Guarantee badge on the product detail page.

Once the return claim is accepted, If the customer is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will get credited to the customer’s Hokybo wallet from which the customer can purchase another product from Hokybo or request to transfer the refund amount to their bank account within the next 48 hours.
